  1. 01

    Add your Supabase configuration

    Set NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL and NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY in Codespaces Secrets or an ignored .env.local. Set APP_URL to your application origin.

  2. 02

    Review and apply the database migration

    Confirm the development project, inspect its existing schema, then apply the versioned migration. Instructions are in README.md.

  3. 03

    Provision your first owner

    Create a verified Auth user, then run the operator-only bootstrap SQL with that user’s ID. Registration never grants workspace access.
